fix bug: pagination not working

I never get any results beyond the first page anymore. The pagination links are present but there are no results beyond page 1.

Keep the name Kngine.

I don't think you should change the name. Kngine is a great name. And besides, all search engines have stupid names, at least Kngine actually means something. Make your motto Kngine: The Knowledge Engine, that way people will understand more quickly. Have that posted on the under the logo where now it says The Single repository for all Knowledge.

[bug] searching for weather

After searching for Cairo weather the temperature is shown and a button to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit appears and not working.
Also the bug is vice versa with other places (from Fahrenheit to Fahrenheit)

Post up information so that the search engine can be installed on 'any' browser (i.e Opera)

I've noticed that IE, Chrome and Failfox (Not one of them are even remotely secure) all have plugins... yet this doesn't help me on Opera or people using other browsers. Please supply the manual installation documentation so that users can do it themselves. For instance the 'search address', 'query string' and whether it's POST method or not.

I think you should completely re-design the layout and look of the search result page.
It has to beat google's one.
Most people first impressions are related to look.

It has to be cool and different, and unique.

Also, the spacing between results and line spacing need to be increased a lot in my opinion.
The font, instead, looks too spaced. You could leave the first sentence (or the sentence that contains the keyword) as it is now, but the rest of the preview is too big and wastes space.

Also, a super cool feature would be a black-on-white / white-on-black color scheme switch.

The sentence is grammatically incorrect. It should be "We did not find any result." or better "No results were found."
